For this project, four artists have agreed to use their art as a point of departure for a collaborative art work, a metaphor for life.
The group consists of diverse artists in terms of style, geographic location and background, and they are all looking forward to seeing the outcome of this collaboration across the borders.
As a parallel project, the artists asked school children to send "portraits exchange" between their countries. "Knowing You, Knowing Me" will encourage the children to open themselves to art and communication and thus discover the variety of culture and cooperation.

The project was exhibited at:
- Ahuset Gallery, Uppsala, Sweden (November 2010)
- Hampden Gallery, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA (April 2011).
- Galerie Werfkade 16, Hoogezand, The Netherlands (June 2011).
The gallery in Hoogezand was originally an old boat factory.
In addition to the exhibition, guests and local artists participated in a Print Workshop in
all media.
